Bills & Balances — an iOS app to replace the Google spreadsheet I’ve been using to track bills and payment status. Building with SwiftUI and SwiftData, with CloudKit sync so it works across devices.
Doing most of the development through Claude Code — including remote sessions from my iPhone when I’m away from my Mac.
Literary fiction and crime thrillers. I read fast and I read a lot — drawn to books with emotional weight and strong character development. Always have two or three going at once.
How to live well in a finite amount of time. 4000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman reframed how I think about time and commitment. The finitude isn’t the depressing part — it’s the liberating part.
